Does the purpose of the Christian church require pastors to preach on politics?

Yes, Christian pastors are required to preach on politicial issues, because it is important to meet the needs of the whole Christian, which includes the role of the Christian in society.

Politics involves everyone, whether they like it or not, so it is absolutely required that Christian preachers discuss Christianity and its role and function in politics and society.

It is necessary for Christian pastors to provide guidance for church members on how to follow the Bible when they vote or function as citizens in countries, becuase as disciples of Christ, God’s Word should guide their heart and mind.

When pastors ignore politics and elections during Sunday sermon, such pastors are being negligent and rejecting the duty that God requires of them.

Standard of Care owed by Christian pastors for church members is specific directions from the Holy Bible on how to think about and act on current politicial issues of the day.  Glory should be given to God!

Does Palm Sunday show that Christ wants to be honored as a King by Christians?

The fact that Jesus Christ was willing to ride on a donkey in political statement in Jerusalem shows that Jesus Christ wants to be honored politically as King.

Some Christians mistakenly think that Jesus Christ does not want poitical representation.  They are wrong, and the Gospel accounts of Palm Sunday show this.

Christianity has always been intentionally political since the very beginning.

Jesus Christ shows that He engages in political activity in the capital city.

Jesus Christ wants all Christians to be political in their nation, whether you are in the USA, the United Kigdom, Canada, Australia, South Korea, China, Japan, Germany, or any other city.

It is a part of Christian obligation to be political.

Christians who are not political are not following in the footsteps of Jesus Christ, since Jesus Christ was very political during His ministry on earth.

Christians must fight to illegalize homosexuality through political process, so that national and state laws will outlaw homosexuality with the threat of Capital Punishment for those who openly engage in homosexual activities.

Will police officers have to arrest Bible-believing Christians in Virginia if a Democrat is elected as the Governor?

Governor of a state is like the President of a country, but in a smaller scale.  Governors have a lot of powers.  Governors can appoint/hire people to high salary political positions, such as Virginia Retirement System (VRS), and have influences on who gets recommended and hired into top salary paying state positions.

Look at the list of highly paid state of Virginia employees in the below link:

http://data.richmond.com/salaries/2015/state

Every government agency in the state of Virginia needs highly paid directors to run.  Virginia’s Governor appoints or has influences in who gets hired for these highly paid salary state employee positions.

Governors appoint judges who can interpret the law in anti-Christian and anti-Bible ways.  Everything is open to interpretation, including laws.  One governor can change the direction of the making and application of laws in the state of Virginia which can negatively impact Christians and Christian churches.

The Governor appoints who becomes the Virginia Secretary of State, setting guidelines for all local school districts to follow.

Pro-gay Democrat governor can work with his or her appointees to put transgender bathrooms in every school district in every town in Virginia.  Such state statutes can result in firing of Christians who oppose such transgender bathroom laws or policies.

Virginia’s police offers can be ordered to arrest Christians who oppose transgender bathroom policies and laws.  Virginia’s police officers can be ordered to arrest pastors who preach against homosexuality and support Bible morality.

Because Donald Trump was voted in as US President, Christians are protected from being arrested for opposing transgender bathrooms.

But if Virginia choose a Democrat governor, he or she could push transgender bathrooms and gay sex education for every school in Virginia and order Virginia police to arrest Christians who oppose homosexuality under “Hate Crime” laws.

Liberals want to label preaching against homosexuality as a speech Hate Crime.  Liberal Democrats will work to pass laws against preaching against homosexuality and have Bible-believing Christians arrested by using Virginia’s police force.

It is important for Virginia’s police officers and their families and relatives to encourage everyone that they know to vote against pro-gay Democrats.  Do police officers in Virginia want to be in positions of choosing between Christ and their job?  Are they willing to become homeless for Christ?  This is the time to ensure that a Bible-believing Christian who respects Bible morality against homosexuality becomes the Virginia Governor.  It is in the self-interest of every Virginia police officer to fight to ensure that a pro-gay Democrat does NOT become the next Virginia Governor.

Does killing of two bailiffs in Michigan, today, show that police-killing is spreading in the USA?

Today, two bailiffs were killed in Michigan.  This is a trend that is a part of the killing of police officers in Dallas, Texas.  It can be seen as a national trend, right now.

There are a lot of protests against the police in the USA, right now.

Today’s killing of police in Michigan only a few days after Dallas killing of police show that the anger against police is not sympathetic toward dead Dallas police officers.  There is a disconnect between how the Black Lives Matter supporters are feeling and those who support the police are feeling.  Each side has their own set of heroes.

Just because they are both Americans does not mean that they have the same set of heroes.  In 1850, the national law had Fugitive Slave Act that required the police to arrest runaway slaves, using tax dollars, and then return the slave to the slave owner.  Citizens disagreed on this issue and each side had their own set of heroes.  Nations get divided, sometimes.

Right now, gay marriage laws are in effect in all 50 states.  Police officers will arrest Christians who follow the Bible and oppose homosexuality and gay marriage laws.  For Bible-believing Christians who are arrested by the police for following the Bible (which contradicts the national law), police officers will not be seen as heroes.  Each side has their own set of heroes.  And one side’s villain is another side’s hero.  That happens in the same nation among citizens, who are divided and stand diametrically opposed against each other.

The “article” below illustrates what MIGHT happen in the very near future in many parts of America.
