Why Does the Holy Bible Justify GenociDal Killing of People of other Religions?

The Book of Joshua shows that God ordered believers to kill people of other religions in genocidal warfare.

In the Book of Joshua, God ordered believers to kill even women and children, and that is genocide.

In other words, according to the Holy Bible, genocides are justified when ordered by God.

Why does God order genocide (killing of the entire race) in the Holy Bible?

One possible answer is that God values true religion so much that God wants true religion even if it means killing entire races.

In the United States of America, Americans killed Indians (Native Americans) who were of different religion, in order to advance Christianity in America.

The idea that genocidal killing is justified to advance Christianity in America can be described as “Manifest Destiny”.

Because Americans believe in the Holy Bible, they supported genocidal killing in order to protect and advance true religion in America.

But America is not alone in the use of genocidal war (killing of entire race) in order to protect and advance true religion.

In World War 2, Germans carried out genocides in Germany in order to protect and advance the true religion in support of the Holy Bible.

The Vatican and the Roman Catholic Church supported gencide of Jews in Germany to protect Germany’s Christianity and advance Christianity in Germany because Catholic theologians understood the theological implications of the Book of Joshua.

In Christianity, genocidal killing of people of other religions is always justified in order to protect Christianity and to advance Christianity, and this is the unifying theme of Christianity since the very beginning.

Christianity has never been tolerant of other religions, because Jesus Christ is not tolerant of other religons.

Jesus Christ spent every day attacking Judaism in the capital city of the Jewish nation of Israel, because Jesus Christ does not support religious tolerance.

The New Testament clearly states that Jesus Christ is the only way to salvation. The New Testament is intolerant of other religions.

Christianity has envisioned itself as a spiritual reality in violent war with evil in the world, such as homosexuality, and that all Christians are “Christian soldiers”. This language of warfare is found in the Holy Bible.

Jesus Christ is called “King of kings” and the Book of Revelations clearly show Jesus Christ leading Christians in genocidal killing to advance Christianity on earth.

Throughout history, Christians have died because of the faith that Jesus Christ is the only way to salvation.

For 2,000 of Christianity, Christians have killed in warfare to advance the idea that Jesus Christ is the only way to salvation and all other religions lead to eternal damnation.

True Christians are willing to die to advance True Religion of Christianity.

Is the soldier sinning when he kills in war?

No, soldiers killing in warfare is not sin.  Soldiers killing in warfare is justified homicide, according to the Holy Bible.  This is clear, particularly in the books of Exodus, Judges, Joshua, Gospels, Romans, Revelations.

The Bible does not consider as sin killing by soldiers in warfare.  This means that soldiers who kill in warfare do not need to repent for killing.  You should only repent for sins, and killing in warfare as a soldier is not sin.

In other words, both soldiers fighting for the South and the soldiers fighting for the North during Civil War did not commit sin when they killed in warfare.  Killing as a soldier in warfare is not sin.

Is it morally acceptable to kill in order to uphold the morality of the Bible?

The 10 Commandments prohibit murder, which is defined as unlawful killing.  Obviously, for Christians the law being referred to is the Law of God.

There are some killings that are lawful in the Bible.

What are they?

(1) Killing when God orders (Book of Joshua)

(2) Soldiers killing in a war (Book of Judges)

(3) Killing to protect self and/or family

(4) Killing to protect True Religion

(5) Killing to protect Bible morality

In other words, the above killings are not murder.  Thus, you do not have to ask God for forgiveness, since they are NOT sin.

In fact, the Holy Bible talks about righteous killing or killing in righteousness (Phineas).  In other words, certain killing (such as killing to protect Bible morality) is described in the Bible as a testimony of faith or even as making a person holy before God.
